Who is the seller, and how do I reach you?
The merchant is Pâtisserie Coco Vanille inc., 3 rue Court, Granby, Québec J2G 4Y6, Québec enterprise number 1177082220, phone 450-372-7177. Email: bonjour@cocovanillegranby.com.

How is the contract made?
The contract is made when you confirm the order, after checking the summary and ticking the box “I have read and accept the terms of sale”. No box is ticked in advance.
Before you confirm, the summary shows each product, its price, the quantity, the options, the pickup date and slot, the pickup address, the total before taxes, GST, QST and the total in Canadian dollars, plus the deposit and balance where they apply. You can correct every line before confirming.
A copy of the contract is emailed to you as soon as you confirm, French version first, with these terms. On the English site, you confirm that you received the French version and expressly choose to be bound by the English version.
Which prices and fees apply?
The price shown includes every mandatory fee; only GST and QST are added where they apply. No service, packaging or card fee is added, and the price is the same whatever the payment method.
Taxes depend on the product and quantity; their amount is shown separately before payment. The shop never charges more than the advertised price.
How does the deposit for a custom cake work?
A custom cake is reserved with a deposit of 30% of the price, paid when you accept the quote; the balance is paid at pickup.
How long a quote is valid: 72 hours; the deadline is written on the quote. The deposit holds your date and is applied to the price of the cake. If you cancel, the shop refunds the deposit, less the costs it actually incurred for your cake before you cancelled, such as ingredients or decorations bought for you and work already done; it gives you the details in writing. The refund is paid within 15 days of the cancellation.
How does pickup work?
You pick up your order at 3 rue Court, Granby, during the slot you chose, by giving your order number. The shop never changes a confirmed date or slot without your agreement.
Order not picked up during the slot: the order stays ready until the shop closes on the planned day; call 450-372-7177 to agree on another time that day. Fresh products cannot be kept beyond that day; because the order was made for you, the amount paid is then not refunded.
Can I cancel, and when am I refunded?
You may cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before your pickup slot starts, by calling 450-372-7177. If the shop cannot fill the order, or if the date in the contract differs from the one announced before purchase, you may cancel and are refunded in full within 15 days.
If a refund that is owed is not made, you can also contact your credit-card issuer. Product not as ordered or damaged: report it on the day of pickup, at the counter or at 450-372-7177, with a photo if you can; the shop replaces it if it can, otherwise it refunds that product.
